Fountain Of Victory Launches App to Support SMES

In a quest to support small and medium-sized enterprises in the country, Fountain of Victory Church International has launched an innovative marketing app called “Victory Market Online”.

The innovative platform is designed to connect business owners, allowing them to buy and sell various products with ease.

The app was unveiled Saturday in Blantyre on the final day of the church’s three-day Business and Finance Summit.

The summit’s organising chairperson, Atupele Mangochi has told ProjectM in an interview that the app has been launched to help local businesses thrive.

“The launch of Victory Market Online app marks an exciting new chapter for businesses in the country with an opportunity for entrepreneurs to thrive,” she said.

Mangochi said the app will be available throughout the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) region, giving an opportunity to local entrepreneurs to market their products internationally with ease.

“Using this app, businesses will reach a broader audience, increase customer base and ultimately drive growth and profitability,” said Mangochi.

At the fair, business owners were given an opportunity to explore how the app operates, with some expressing satisfaction with the platform.

“The feedback was great and we believe a lot of people will embrace it,” she added.

Joseph Phiri, a business owner running a Blantyre-based steel roofing company, R and J company, has hailed the app, calling its launch timely.

“I am glad that Malawians are now embracing technology and with this app, I am hoping to see positive change,” said Phiri.

Over 30 exhibitors took part and showcased their products at the summit.
