In a bid to enhance public security, PremierBet has donated K1 million towards boosting a CCTV system to help ensure the safety of its customers and support Limbe Police in serving the people of Blantyre better.
During the handover, PremierBet’s Key VIP and Affiliate Manager, Jonathan Katunga said the company values its strong relationship with the police, stressing that the safety and security of the public remain a priority.
Limbe Police Officer-in-Charge, Edwin Mnkhambo, applauded PremierBet for the gesture, noting that the company has consistently supported police operations.
He said the CCTV system will bridge an existing gap in their efforts to provide effective security.
Mnkhambo further called on other well-wishers to emulate PremierBet’s gesture, pointing out that “there can be no business without safety”.
Previously, PremierBet has also assisted Limbe Police Station with vehicle repairs to boost mobility in law enforcement operations.
