One of Malawi’s successful entrepreneurs, Dr. Napoleon Dzombe of Mtalimanja Holdings, visited Smaac commercial piggery farms in Njerwa in Lilongwe to inspire its team and other youthful entrepreneurs.
Dzombe, who is also a Philanthropist, appreciated different technologies which Smaac commercial piggery farms use to improve piggery farming as well as transforming lives of rural farmers.
The mind-boggling technologies included pigs’ cooling showers, advanced maternity wing, the cutting-edge Nutrition Rehabilitation Unit (NRU), Special Feeding Pens (SFP), and the highly-efficient Victims Support Units (VSUs).
Dzombe said the technologies at Smaac revealed advanced levels of piggery farming which contributes towards successful business and economic growth.
He said: “I admire Smaac’s technologies and approach to modern piggery farming. It is simply incredible and inspiring.”
Dzombe said organisation was vital in any business.
“The way business is conducted at Smaac commercial piggery farms reveals a unique level of commitment and organization to business. This is what entrepreneurs should strive to do in order to maximize results,” he said.
Dzombe also toured Smaac’s Organic Manure Processing Plant and the breathtaking gardens.
To cap it all, Smaac team and Dzombe shared a delightful garden dinner while engaging in fruitful conversations which left many inspired.
Among others, Dzombe, who boasts of mega investments in the country such as Kalipano Sunbird Resort in Mponela, inspired a young female student Stella Chitukula.
“I am an enterprising young Malawian lady who is passionate about commercial agriculture and innovations. And Dr. Dzombe ‘s visit today has inspired me a lot. Apart from sharing his inspiring story as an entrepreneur, he is such a jovial and down to earth person to be around with,” she said.
Managing director of Smaac Commercial Piggery Farms Samuel Magombo described Dzombe ‘s visit as an honour and inspirational.
