Mabedi, whose charges lost 3-2 to Burundi and 3-1 to Burkina Faso, also called up Mighty Mukuru Wanderers left-back Timothy Silwimba and Mozambique-based Lloyd Njaliwa by public demand but there was no place for South Africa based Afcon 2021 hero Gabadinho Mhango purportedly due to disciplinary reasons following a drink and drive incident which left him injured.
