Woman Hits Windfall in TNM Promotion

Lady Lucky smiled at a 49-year-old Rose Kadembo from Bangwe Township in Blantyre when she emerged the grand prize winner of a K78 million of the TNM Tikolore Promotion.

The small-scale business woman, who sells malambe freezes could not believe her eyes when TNM officials called to inform that she was the last person standing in the promotion.

A statement from TNM said Kadembo was grateful to TNM for the promotion which has turned her fortunes overnight.

She said: “I never thought that something big like this could happen to me. This is a huge surprise and I am incredibly grateful to TNM for this amazing opportunity. Winning this prize is a lifetime opportunity to me.

“This is timely and God has smiled at me. I do business at home and take care of my 13-year-old child who is also physically challenged. The vehicle will change my status.”

Reacting to this, TNM Marketing Director Sobhuza Ngwenya said the promotion lived up to their expectation as it was designed to empower farmers.

He said: “We are excited with how the 2024 promotion progressed. We managed to achieve the intended purpose of rewarding our customers, in the process contributing positively to the growth of the agribusiness sector.

“The promotion is a tribute to all our customers and mostly farmers for their resilience and unwavering support which feels our common goal as a country in our journey towards economic stability.”
