The company’s cooperate affairs manager Ronnex Mudugude Phiri has told ProjectM in an interview that the group was inspired by the enterprenuership spirit which he said is present in each and every shareholder of the company.
Established early 2023, Phiri said the company has taken the construction industry by storm, earning various contracts across the country.
“As a company, which is still in its infancy, I must say the feedback we are getting from clients is overwhelming,” he said.

The company’s shareholding is made up of Ronnex Mudugude Phiri, Lucky Lenoh Banda and Innocent Kalunga.
Asked on what inspired him to venture into the construction industry, Phiri, a holder of Bachelor’s degree in Media and Cultural Studies from the University of Malawi (UNIMA), said he saw a lot of untapped market in the industry.
The company’s vision is to see it’s works penetrate the international market.
Construction industry expert Reverend Jaleck Kachipanda has hailed the three for venturing in an industry which he said is not appealing to youths.
Loyce Kabwerebwere, a client from area 50, Lilongwe, has described the company’s works as top notch, saying she doesn’t regret her decision to hire it.
Currently, the company has 6 permanent employees, with several others working on part time basis.
