The Nived Farm Produce, an agribusiness that specialises in crop and livestock production, has urged entrepreneurs to set goals to impact on their communities.
Director of Nived Farm Produce Edgar Mwape says goal-setting is necessary for young entrepreneurs who want to make an impact in their communities, saying it will make them achieve their dreams.
Mwape said: “Creating wealth is a journey that requires a vision. Let me encourage my fellow entrepreneurs to set clear financial goals.
“Having a vision, motivates people to work hard and stay focused on their goals because this helps them focus on what is important, allocate resources effectively and measure progress.”
The Zomba-based entrepreneur told ProjectM said they should conduct market research to identify potential customers, suppliers and competitor.
He, however said his organisation will open Farms and shops in Central and Northern Regions to reach out to more customers.

He said: “We are expanding our operations and soon we will recruit more workers to support our operations. Due to our marketing strategy, which uses mostly on Facebook, our customers come from all the regions, but we are planning to open up farms and Farm shops in Central and Northern Region so that we are able to reach out to more customers.”
