NABALE ENTERPRISES REVOLUTIONISES AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

In a bid to transform the agricultural landscape, Nabale Enterprises and General Suppliers leadt the charge with its commitment to quality and sustainable growth.

Established on May 26, 2016, the dynamic agricultural business has been producing the freshest and highest quality organic food products, including Oyster mushrooms, Honey, and Peanut Butter.

Under the ownership of Christina Chabwera, Nabale Enterprises has created employment opportunities for three permanent employees and 10 temporary staff with a focus on women’s empowerment.

“We are dedicated to providing the best products to our customers while making a positive impact on our community,” said Chabwera.

The company’s diverse customer base includes supermarkets, urban and rural customers, with a special emphasis on expectant women due to the high iron content in their Oyster mushrooms.

Nabale Enterprises aims to expand its customer base, targeting hotels and introducing new products such as mushroom powder for soup, mushroom biltong, dried mushrooms, and groundnut flour.

Despite facing challenges such as limited access to financing and reliance on expensive imported mushroom spawn, the company remains committed to its mission.

“We are working to overcome these challenges through training programs, collaborations, and network engagements,” said Chabwera.

Nabale Enterprises is also constructing permanent mushroom houses, cultivating groundnuts, and training in mushroom spawn production to ensure consistent supply.

Fridah Banda, a satisfied customer, praised the company’s products, saying she has been buying Nabale Enterprises’ Oyster mushrooms for a long time and she is impressed by their quality and freshness.

“I can’t lie about Nabale enterprises “akutisamala” (they are delivering their best),” said Banda.

With its commitment to quality and sustainable growth, Nabale Enterprises is set to revolutionise Malawi’s agricultural sector.
