In a move to enhance customer experience and reduce congestion at its offices, CTS Courier has introduced a 24-hour service at its main branches in Blantyre, Lilongwe, Zomba, and Mzuzu.
According to CTS Founder and Managing Director Jacqueline Msiska Bokosi, the new service allows customers to send and receive parcels at their convenience, eliminating the need to wait in long queues.
Bokosi noted that the decision to introduce the 24-hour service was prompted by customer complaints about lengthy wait times.
“We listened to our customers and responded to their needs,” she said.
In addition to the 24-hour service, CTS Courier has also expanded its reach with the opening of a new branch at Chikanda in Zomba, catering to the needs of University of Malawi students.
Maria Mahata, a resident of Chikanda and a student at the University of Malawi, has commended CTS for establishing a nearby branch, citing the convenience of reduced transportation costs.
“We used to face a lot of challenges when our parents and relatives sent us parcels. We used to spend money traveling to town to collect them, and often encountered congestion, which wasted a lot of our time. Now that the collection point is closer, it’s a huge relief for us,” said Mahata.
